VIDEO: Layne Staley’s Mom Sings Mad Season Song ‘Wake Up’ on Stage

A video has surfaced recently showing Layne Staley‘s mom, Nancy, singing the Mad Season song “Wake Up” on stage.

The video was captured by YouTube user estewey27 who shares in the video description that the performance below took place at the Layne Staley tribute show at The Showbox in Seattle on August 24, 2018.

“Wake Up” was the opening track off of Mad Season’s lone album, Above, which was released in March 1995.
