Maynard James Keenan Hints At New Music From A Perfect Circle
It looks like A Perfect Circle will beat Tool in having new music out soon.
A new tweet from Maynard James Keenan, who fronts both bands, notes that he’s “Stepping away from @caduceuscellars Bunker & straight into @aperfectcircletour rehearsals. Gotta learn these new tracks #apc2018 #ineedanap.”

The message indicates not only that new music is coming from the band next year but that it may be previewing more new songs during its fall tour, which stars October 21 at the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, Calif. APC previewed the new songs “Hourglass” and “Feathers” during a spring tour. APC’s last album, the covers EP eMOTIVe, came out during 2004.
Keenan has also been working on new music with Tool, though no release date has been announced for that.
