UPDATE: Rage Against the Machine Tour Date Leak Was a Prank
UPDATE 11/25/2019 12:00 PM ET: Those leaked Rage Against The Machine tour dates have turned out to be a prank.
Australian site Wall of Sound reports that the leaked poster, “…was made by an Australian based concert troll who initially posted it up yesterday but misspelled Auckland so they took it down and tried again today. It’s made international headlines.”
The outlet also shared a statement from the troll was said, “So, the Insta was [photo] shopped. The poster isn’t anything amazing but the Insta really sells it. I just changed the post count and timestamp of it. Haha. As far as why [I did it], I mean, I love a good troll hey.”
Well, not all of us enjoy a “good troll hey.” What an a–hole!
