This week we see a plethora of new music being released from metal and Hard Rock bands. But how much of it is worth your hard-earned cash?

Let’s take a closer look at some albums which should be pretty enjoyable and worth your time!

  • ARRIVAL OF AUTUMN - Scars

If you listen to the show I do with Mike Bufis on Friday nights, “Metal With The Mikes” then you’ve heard this band before. Arrival of Autumn is releasing “Kingdom Undone” and it’s brutally heavy. There are minimal clean vocals on the tracks we’ve gotten so far, so if that’s a deal-breaker for you, then you might not want to pick up the full length.  But if you dig pounding double bass drumming and emotional screaming – this might be right up your alley!

  • ELEGANT WEAPONS - Blind Leading The Blind

Elegant Weapons debuts their new album entitled “Horns For A Halo” and this is something special. Elegant Weapons is a metal supergroup with guitarist Richie Faulkner from Judas Priest, vocalist Ronnie Romero of Rainbow, drummer Christopher Williams from Accept, and bassist Dave Rimmer from Uriah Heep. Hard rockin’ with some really melodic and catchy choruses.  Definitely keeping my eye on this one!

  • TESLA - Miles Away

Lastly, Tesla is putting out their “Full Throttle Live” album. We all know what an amazing band they are to watch perform in concert! This audio is from a stop at the Sturgis Bike rally in the year 2022 at the infamous saloon that hosts many motorcycle rock and roll parties. It’s Independently recorded, mixed, and produced by guitarist Frank Hannon and bassist Brian Wheat.  This album really captures the essence of what makes Tesla so special life! From newer tunes to old classics, this seems like a no-brainer for Tesla lovers!
