6 Eye-Catching Rock Memoir Titles
News broke recently that Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea will be releasing his first memoir on September 25, 2018.
We are already on board with this book and not just because it’s Flea telling his remarkable life story but because of its title: Acid for the Children.
Naturally, this got us thinking about other eye-catching rock memoir titles of recent memory. Here are six of our favorites.
I’m The Man: The Story of That Guy From Anthrax (Scott Ian)
This title is as perfect as the book is funny.
Bit of a Blur (Alex James)
Get it? Because he’s the bassist in Blur? Hooray puns!
White Line Fever (Lemmy)
Any other title would’ve just been silly.
Get In The Van: On The Road With Black Flag (Henry Rollins)
It’s the only title on this list you can actually hear the author yell in your head.
Does The Noise In My Head Bother You?: A Rock ‘n’ Roll Memoir (Steven Tyler)
Call it a hunch, but we bet the Aerosmith frontman pitched other strange titles, and this was the one the publisher deemed the most acceptable.
Crazy From The Heat (David Lee Roth)
Sure, Dave…we’ll blame the heat.
