The inspirations that drive some of the new talent you hear these days on The Rock Of New Jersey is not only evident in their own music, but also when they choose songs to cover.
There are some amazing rock covers out there, but keep in mind, this list is focusing on brand new artists.

• Jared James Nichols- Mississippi Queen (Mountain)

  Jared has cited Leslie West as his greatest guitar influence and Mountain as one of his favorite bands ever- He does them proud on this one!

• Plush- Heaven's On Fire (Kiss)

  This is such a slamming cover! The ladies knock it out of the park on this 80’s Kiss jam!

• Des Rocs- Born To Run- (Bruce Springsteen)

  This Long Island native is lover of Bruuuuuuuce and you can tell during this performance!

• Dorothy- Sweet Dreams (Eurythmics)

  Dorothy’s cover of this 80’s classic is simply amazing! She brings the darkness of the song to a whole new level. And that voice…..

• The Warning - Crazy Train (Ozzy Osbourne)

  The young sisters pull off incredible covers……Enter Sandman, Foo’s The Pretender, but I love their cover of Crazy Train- from 7 years ago when they were literally kids!

• Mammoth WVH- Them Bones (Alice In Chains)

  LOVE this cover! Wolf mentions that the band doesn’t do covers and this was a tune they jammed in rehearsals and the Mammoth harmonies make it a perfect tune to jam!

• Lilith Czar - Edge Of Seventeen - (Stevie Nicks)

  Lilith Czar has told me that this song and the Bella Donna album was  one of the most inspirational of her life. When she covers this live in concert it’s so powerful!
