So what was your favorite night to sit down and watch TV? Were you amped up on Thursdays for NBC’s Must See TV? Or did you sit down on Fridays for ABC’s TGIF? TV shows between the 80s and 90s are still considered some of the best of all time. Heck, with shows like Seinfeld, Friends, Fraiser, Golden Girls, M.A.S.H., Cheers and so many more… they’re not wrong. So because we like to take trips down memory lane we’ve put together a list of 26 graphic tees from 80s and 90s TV shows that will have you feeling incredibly nostalgic. 

  • Schweddy Balls

    Yes, we’re kicking it off with SNL. Alec Baldwin talking about Schweddy Balls while Ana Gasteyer and Molly Shannon try to keep it together goes down as one the best SNL skits of all time.

  • Little Jerry Cock Fighting Champion

    Sitcoms like Seinfeld are one of the many reasons we have the sitcoms we have today. How could I not put a Little Jerry shirt on this list?! Little Jerry Seinfeld is forever in my heart. 

  • Vandelay Industries

    And what’s a good list about graphic tees that give us nostalgia if I don’t include Vandelay Industries. The number of people who will shout “Say Vandelay! Say Vandelay!” the second after you utter Vandelay Industries is obscene. But it speaks to the nature of Seinfeld.  

  • Mandelbaum's Gym

    “It’s go time.” Wouldn’t you love wearing this to the gym? You’ll be lifting weights in the spirit of Izzy Mandelbaum. Just make sure you don’t throw out your back.

  • Del Boca Vista Retirement Community

    You may not be able to buy property in Del Boca Vista, but you can sure grab this cool shirt from it. Honestly, name me an episode that George’s father is in that isn’t funny?  

  • FRIENDS Monica’s Turkey Head

    I love the show FRIENDS. My parents especially loved it, to the point where they sat down together every Thursday night when they were first married to watch it. The Thanksgiving episodes are my favorite, and this one in particular is amazing because it’s the first time Chandler admits he loves Monica after she tries to cheer him up using this turkey head. 

  • Central Perk T-shirt

    Speaking of FRIENDS, if you’re a diehard FRIENDS fan you’re going to want this. I feel like this is exactly the kind of shirt Central Perk would now be selling in their coffee house if they were actually real. 

  • Holiday Armadillo

    One of the most bizarre Christmas episodes is when Ross dresses up as the Holiday Armadillo to help teach his son Ben about Hanukkah. Might be the perfect shirt for your holiday gatherings! 

  • Shady Pines Retirement Home

    Oh man, Golden Girls will forever live in our hearts as one of the funniest and most wholesome shows on the planet. It covered so many important topics and featured an all-star cast of hilarious women. This Shady Pines Retirement Home is a must have for sure. 

  • Squad Goals Golden Girls

    Wanna go a bit simpler with your love of The Golden Girls? What about this Squad Goals shirt featuring the housemates? Let’s face it, they are squad goals.

    You didn’t think we’d make a list of graphic tees inspired by 80s-90s TV shows without including Cheers right? This one is a classic. The Cheers logo on a tee in your choice of red or black.

    “As God as my witness my I thought turkeys could fly.” My dad got me a shirt just like this for Thanksgiving one year because we had watched this episode of WKRP In Cincinatti together, and now I wear it every Thanksgiving.

    Ah Fran Drescher. Can you hear the nasally laugh in the back of your head? Because I certainly can. 

  • Will & Grace T-shirt

    Will & Grace is one of the shows that I may not have liked to start, but the farther I got into it the more I enjoyed it. This shirt had be laughing because I could clearly hear Karen’s, Megan Mulley’s, high pitched voice saying “Oh, Honey, I don’t care.” 

  • 3rd Rock From The Sun

    3rd Rock from the Sun is another amazing TV show. With the amazing cast of John Lithgow, French Stewart, Kristin Johnston, and Joseph Gordan-Levitt this show was a bizarre comedy. 

  • M.A.S.H. 4077th Vintage Tee

    Okay, M.A.S.H fans you can finally have your very own M.A.S.H. 4077th unit tee shirt.

  • The Regal Beagle

    If you love Three’s Company I’m sure you’re chuckling and shaking you head with this one. The Regal Beagle was the hangout spot for Jack Tripper, Janet Wood, and Chrissy Snow.

    Some of you are going “Ooooo, Designing Women!” I found this one and instantly went, yes! I love finding shirts from the fictional companies in the show. This one featuring the Sugarbaker & Associates Interior Design had me invested immediately. 

  • Four Touchdowns In A Single Game

    If you love Married with Children, you remember that Al Bundy would bring up the fact that he had four touchdowns in a single game during his time at Polk High. This one is definitely a fun fan shirt! 

TV Shows like many of the ones mentioned above have given us a plethora of pop-culture references and good memories. We hope these graphic tees from 80s and 90s TV shows gives you some major nostalgia like it did us, and maybe even convinces you go back and rewatch some of your favorite moments from these classic shows.
