I won! But I haven’t received a call from the promotions department, what should I do?
If you haven’t heard from our promotions department within a week of winning a prize, please call us.

I won and I spoke with the promotions department, but I haven’t received my tickets yet, what should I do?
Most tickets are electronic. If you spoke with someone from our promotions department and gave them an email address, please check your inbox and junk mail for an email from Live Nation, Ticketmaster, and/or the name of the show you won. If you still haven’t found an email with your tickets, please call us.

How and when will I get the tickets I won?
When we receive the tickets on our end, our promotions department will start to electronically send them to the email address you provided. Once we send them, you’ll get an email notifying you of the transfer. Open up the email and click ‘Accept Tickets’. From there, you’ll be sent to another window displaying your tickets with an option to add those tickets to an apple or google wallet depending on the type of phone you have. It is HIGHLY recommended you add your tickets to your digital wallet immediately.

Will Call Tickets:
Sometimes the tickets we give away are ‘Guest List Shows’. This means you won’t have a physical or electronic ticket to get into the show. Rather, your name will be placed on a guest list that we’ll submit to the venue. If the tickets you won are for a ‘Guest List Show’, all you’ll need to do is bring a valid photo ID to the will call booth on the night of the show.
If you have any questions about this type of ticket or would just like to confirm the type of ticket you won, please call us.
If the tickets you won are physical, you’ll need to stop by the station to pick them up. When you are notified about winning, our promotions department will schedule a day and time that you can come to pick those tickets up. It’s important that you come during your scheduled day/time so that our promotions staff is available to help you otherwise you might have to come back another time. Please note we are not open to the public on weekends or major holidays.

Do I come to the station to pick up the tickets/prize(s) I won?
If you won a prize and/or physical tickets, you will need to come to the station to pick them up.
When our promotions department calls you to confirm you have won, they will schedule a day and time for you to come by the station.
It is important that you come during your scheduled day/time so that our promotions staff is available to help you otherwise you might have to come back another time.

I was told to come to the station to pick up my tickets/prize(s), when should I come? And where is the station?
Please come on the day and at the time you scheduled with our promotions department so that we have the proper staff available to help you. If you need to reschedule, please call us first.
