Hi Animal Lovers!
As we head into a holiday weekend, I decided to write about..
5 Ways To Celebrate Easter With Your Dog
Time with our furry family is so important. It’s stress relieving, a great mental break from the chatter of life, it gets you outside to enjoy some fresh air, and let’s face it, your dog never talks back or discusses things at the dinner table you don’t want to!
Yes, I know this is just a fun, silly, pet-related post, but it’s a reminder that it’s always nice to spend some time with our furry family members and relax. Even if it’s a holiday and we are doing the entertaining.
I decided to do this post when this week in the WDHA All Request Lunch Hour, I asked listeners to post photos of their “furry co-workers” and received a HUGE response on the WDHA Facebook page. I received SO many responses. We received diverse responses for dogs, Cats, Guinea Pigs, and Birds.
And of course, it’s no secret that I spoil Rosie Carr, my dog. The past two years have been very difficult years in the Carr house as we lost TWO beloved dogs in a short period of time, so I value and appreciate the short time we get with our pets even more. Luckily for me, Rosie LOVES having people over, so hosting holidays and gatherings is always a priority for me! She loves them! (And she loves dressing up too…..seriously, I cannot figure it out!)
Happy Easter, Happy Passover next month and of course have a happy, healthy spring!
