The post-holiday “New Jersey Groove” was fire when one of rock’s most influential and iconic guitarists stopped by with his producer and co-writer to hang out!
Ace Frehley and Steve Brown were FANTASTIC on 12/27- LIVE in the WDHA Studio!
TC here and we love hosting our rock family for a chat, performance, and hang anytime and when they are as much fun as Ace and as LEGENDARY- Yowza! Jackpot! We were so grateful to get Ace in the studio before he starts rehearsals for his upcoming tour which takes him to the Carteret Pac on April 13th- so grab your tickets before they sell out.

Ace and Steve opened up about the upcoming release “10,000 Volts” out on February 24th, collaborating, feeling inspired, songwriting, and much more that you can experience in the interview segments below and feel like you are in the WDHA studio with us.
We also rocked a bunch of “Ace” tunes including “10,000 Volts“, “Rock Soldiers”, “Shock Me” from Alive ll, “New York Groove”, “Rip It Out”, and “Do Ya” (ELO Cover) and had a bunch of laughs and cool moments in-between the tunes. This was one of Ace’s first radio station in-studio appearances to promote the new record and we were thrilled that the Rock Of New Jersey- WDHA was the chosen forum. What an honor.
We also took a ton of exclusive photos courtesy of our station rock paparazzi Joe Frazz, and you can check out the photo link here- Ace Frehley- WDHA In Studio Photo Gallery
Check out Ace’s video interview segment hangs below – his cool, relaxed nature and his great sense of humor. A HUGE thanks to Steve Brown for putting the visit together, our videographer and editor Tom Stark and of course to Ace Frehley, who not only was a blast to have on WDHA but hung out and signed and took photos with the fans who waited eagerly to meet him in the WDHA Parking Lot.
An “Ace-Tastic” day for for sure for the “Ace Base” (as I call his loyal fanbase) that includes ME!
