POPASNA, UKRAINE - MAY 09: A Ukrainian military medic shaves outside a frontline field hospital on May 09, 2022 near Popasna, Ukraine. Russia's assault on Ukraine has now largely focused on the country's Donbas region, an area that includes two self-declared republics that Russia has supported since 2014. Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his May 9th address commemorating Russia's World War II victory, did not signal an escalation of his war aims, but made several references to the Donbas region, saying that Russian forces there were "defending the Motherland." Women know how to groom and take care of themselves regarding health and beauty. It’s that simple. For us guys, I think a lot of us know what to do, but as for execution…..we may fall a little short in that regard. I’ve compiled a list of 5 grooming tips every man needs to know.

And think of how important your grooming habits are.

Let’s say you meet a single lady, and you want to meet up for drinks. Well, from the first minute, she’s going to be checking your fingernails, and overgrown nose hairs, and seeing how well your hairstyle is trimmed. It’s the truth. And even though it’s cliché, you only get one chance to make a first impression.

Or maybe you’re headed to a job interview. You put on you, shower, shave, put on your suit, and head out the door. But did you do everything to ensure that you look fully groomed and “put together”, again, you only have one chance to make a first impression with this hiring manager.

Grooming isn’t hard. It may take a little time, which can be frustrating. But overall, it should be part of your routine and can help you not only look your best but also feel your best. And isn’t that what we want? To look and feel good.

There are 5 grooming tips every man needs to know. Look, let’s be honest, I’m never going to look like an A-list actor such as Brad Pitt, but I want to make sure I’m groomed and have done everything I can to feel like an A-list actor. It gives me confidence, helps me interact with others more easily, and just boosts my outlook on things in general.

Recently MEN’S HEALTH GROOMING EDITOR, Garrett Munce discussed some tips on men’s grooming and I think all of us men could benefit from it. Maybe it will give us more confidence……or maybe it will just prevent a coworker from staring at a growing hair that’s coming out of your ear!

Let’s take a look at some Grooming Tips every man should know!

We know how damaging the sun can be to your skin. Men aren’t immune to that. So lather up or spray on some sunscreen daily to help your skin.

No, not all soaps are created equally. The same bar of soap you may wash your body with isn’t necessarily the best way to also wash your face.  Face Wash is made for your sensitive face and can help prevent damage and keep it looking its best.

It’s not just for women!  Using a skin moisturizer can help keep your skin healthy.  Also, it can help protect your skin barrier.

Just like bringing your car in for an oil change, you should take yourself into a salon and get a facial every 3-4 months.  Having a professional look at your skin can help it look and feel great.

To Prevent bumps and redness, use some lotion after you shave, maybe a tea-tree serum or the like to prevent a bumpy breakout.
