Unreleased Audioslave Material Will Eventually Get Released, But…
For fans hoping there’s a huge treasure trove of unreleased Audioslave material, there’s some good news and some bad news.
Tom Morello set the record straight on this matter in an interview with Kerrang! where he clarified that while there isn’t a ton of unreleased music, what is there “is pretty great and it will come out at some point.”
Morello also said one track in particular, “Sleight of Hand,” “will see the light of day” and was supposed to be the lead single off of 2006’s Revelations, but Tim Commerford didn’t like it “because he thought it sounded like a Danzig song,” and it led to a pretty explosive meeting with their record label…
You know what? Watch Morello explain that incident below. (WARNING: Some NSFW language ahead.)
