$202 Million Lottery Ticket Sold in New Jersey
If you’re a New Jersey resident you may want to check your lottery ticket immediately. The white balls 4, 6, 32, 52 and 64 were selected during the Mega Millions drawing Tuesday night (February 11).
The ticket was purchased at the Quick Stop Food Store on Inman Avenue in Edison. The winner has yet to come forward, however, the ticket holder will take home $142.2 million with the cash option of the estimated $202 million jackpot.
According to NJ.com, the owners of the store “will get a $30,000 bonus for selling the lone Mega Millions ticket that matched all of the winning numbers.”
The jackpot win marks the first for 2020 and the next drawing is set for February 14 when it resets to a starting value of $40 million. With that being said, Mega Millions tickets cost $2 each and you must purchase yours before 10:45 p.m. on Friday night.
