Jersey Magazine 10-3-21
This morning, Jim Monaghan speaks with Daniel Buckelew WDHA’s Jersey Magazine.
Daniel Buceklew grew up in Madison and was a two-sport high school athlete at Morris Catholic. He continued his athletic career at Centenary University, playing soccer for two years.
About 10 years ago, Daniel was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Undaunted, and with the unending support of his family, he decided that MS would not define him. And so, when the 2021 Boston Marathon kicks off next Monday, Daniel will be among the participants. Jim Monaghan and Daniel talked about the upcoming Marathon, baseball, and the challenges presented by living with MS.

COACH SHEETS’ RIDE IN – Jeremy Sheetinger is the head baseball coach at Georgia Gwinnett College where he led the Grizz Gang to the 2021 NAIA National Championship. His weekly “fire me up” tweet every Thursday may, on the surface, be geared toward his fellow baseball coaches, but his motivational message can easily be applied to the classroom, workplace, and your personal relationships. This week, Coach Sheets asks, “How do you affect the people around you?”
