New Fund Launched To Help New Jersey’s Arts And Culture Industry
The Princeton Area Community Foundation created the New Jersey Arts and Culture Recovery Fund back in March in response to the pandemic.
Now, they are ready to launch its second phase after funding over $1 million.
The money was awarded to more than 50 nonprofits who are working to feed families, prevent evictions, provide mental health services, among other things.
The Princeton Area Community Foundation website states that “several grantmaking programs at the Community Foundation will collaborate to supplement the COVID-19 Fund.”
Phase II will continue to support immediate community needs, such as food, rental assistance and social services. A third phase of funding is expected to be launch in late fall or winter.
