Jersey Magazine 11-6-22
Each week on the Jersey Magazine we pick topics of local interest to our listeners. This week, Jim Monaghan speaks with Chris D’Amico, president of D’Amico Entertainment.
Chris D’Amico is back for a return visit here on the Jersey Magazine. As the president of D’Amico Entertainment, Chris D’Amico has performed at hundreds of weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. On November 26th, his new musical project is performing at a dual charity event at the Ringside Pub in Caldwell. The two charities are the Dean Michael Clarizio Cancer Foundation and Kindness For Christopher.
Chris talks about the special components of both charities, each of which has deep personal significance for him.
This week, Rock N’ Ruff introduces us to Phineus Wilson from Eleventh Hour Rescue. Phineus is happiest when he is right next to you or in your lap. He is crate-trained and housebroken. Phineus also walks nicely on a leash and does great in the car. He is very food motivated, eager to please and knows basic commands. Phineus loves playing with his toys and will entertain himself tearing the stuffing out of them.
COACH SHEETS’ RIDE IN – Jeremy Sheetinger is the head baseball coach at Georgia Gwinnett College where he led the Grizz Gang to the 2021 NAIA National Championship. His weekly “fire me up” tweet every Thursday may, on the surface, be geared toward his fellow baseball coaches, but his motivational message can easily be applied to the classroom, workplace, and your personal relationships. Today, Coach Sheets’ message is about time. Life is short, so make the most of it.

Simple but always a great reminder:
Life is too short!
We know this…but how much time do we spend worrying, wondering, deep in the past or focused on the future, etc.
Be right here, right now. Use your time wisely!
