If you grew up in New Jersey in the 1980’s you no doubt have fond memories of The Uncle Floyd Show.
An irreverent homage to both children’s TV shows and late-night talk shows, Floyd Vivino and the cast routinely crashed through television’s “fourth wall” with zany skits and characters reminiscent of the days of Soupy Sales.
Jeff Friedman was part of the production crew for “The Uncle Floyd Show.” Now the CEO of Livingston Philanthropies, Jeff is teaming up once again with Uncle Floyd in a benefit performance on April 15th at the Presbyterian Church in Livingston.

Roger Keyser from Eleventh Hour Rescue brought Birch and Apple to Rock N’ Ruff in hopes of finding these amazing puppies a great forever home.
If you’re looking for a young pup, these guys are perfect. They’re working on leash walking, housebreaking, crate training and obedience but most important, they have wonderful dispositions. In fact for puppies, they are on the calmer side.
Birch loves to give kisses and Apple is so cuddly. They are learning life in a home with their foster mom and enjoy toys and car rides. They are truly perfect! If you would like info on Birch and Apple – hit this link and fill out an application.
COACH SHEETS’ RIDE IN – Jeremy Sheetinger is the head baseball coach at Georgia Gwinnett College where he led the Grizz Gang to the 2021 NAIA National Championship. His weekly “fire me up” tweet every Thursday may, on the surface, be geared toward his fellow baseball coaches, but his motivational message can easily be applied to the classroom, workplace, and your personal relationships. When you ask someone how they’re doing and they give you the stock answer of “good,” take the extra step to find out what’s REALLY happening.
🚘 HOW ‘BOUT THAT RIDE IN?🚘
— Jeremy Sheetinger | Sheets (@CoachSheets3) March 23, 2023
“Hey, how are you doing today?”
(Insert stock answer)
“Good.”
And both of you know that they aren’t good…
Ask the follow up! Dig a bit, let that person share how they are REALLY feeling!!
Easy to do… easy not to do!
