NJ Transit Rail Service To Monmouth Park Returns For Summer
Rail service to Monmouth Park racetrack returned over the weekend to kick off the 2023 season.
NJ TRANSIT customers can take North Jersey Coast Line trains to Monmouth Park Station when the track is open for live racing every weekend now through September 10th.
If you’re planning to spend a lot of time at the racetrack this summer you’re in luck. NJ TRANSIT is offering a Monmouth Park package which includes round-trip transportation, general admission, and an official racing program.
Please note that the Monmouth Park Packages cannot be purchased on board trains or with the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App. The package is available from all NJ TRANSIT train stations, excluding Atlantic City Rail Line stations.
Well, now that we have transportaiton covered you’re going to want know about all the fun planned for the coming weeks.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend visitors can check out everything from horse racing, food trucks, car shows, attend the 51st New Jersey Irish Festival, celebrate Haskell Day, and more at Monmouth Park.
Aside from the option of dining trackside at a number of different indoor and outdoor locations you can also set up in the picnic area. There’s something for the entire family to enjoy while visitng the racetrack.
NJ TRANSIT rail service to Monmouth Park will operate on the following days:
- Fridays: June 2 thru August 25
- Saturdays: May 13 thru September 9
- Sundays: May 14 thru September 10
- Holidays: Memorial Day and Labor Day
