Many of us love Holiday music. For some, waiting until the week of Christmas is what you do. Or others, As soon as Thanksgiving ends, your playlist is filled with Holiday tunes and you’re ready to rock them at any moment!
I think what makes holiday songs so fun and special for listeners is the fact that many of them are inspiring. They touch us….move us…..maybe even pick us up when we’re feeling like garbage. There are also fun ones that provide and outlet for us to feel like kids again. The way we were when we came down the stairs early in the morning and headed for the tree to see if Santa left us our favorite toy or video game!
For those of us with kids, it’s also pretty cool that so many songs have lasting appeal. Whether they are the traditional originals or new hip covers, it’s fun to share the happiness a Holiday tune provides with our children.

Whether it’s their own spin on a holiday classic or a brand new entry into the Christmas catalog, maybe one of these will make your playlist this season and get you either feeling positive and hopeful….or just like a kid again. Maybe even both!!!
