The NEW Papa Roach, Chris Daughtry Collaboration For a Great Cause
Hey Rockers,
Many of you know that I am proud to lend my voice to help the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention.
I have been an AFSP spokesperson at WDHA for more than four years and the help and resources the organization has given to so many has been an inspiration. For those who may not know, AFSP has a simple mission- To save lives and help those affected by suicide.

Recently I came across a fantastic video of two of my favorite people in music! Jacoby Shaddix (from Papa Roach) and Chris Daughtry are performing a duet of the Papa Roach classic- SCARS. It was recorded in Nashville when Papa Roach came to town to rip it up! It’s so awesome. Jacoby from Papa Roach has been a huge supporter of AFSP and has donated proceeds from the last tour to the organization and has decided that proceeds from this incredible pairing will also be donated to the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention. Hearing this makes my heart sing.
Chris Daughtry will join me next week on WDHA’s Reconnect With Rockers to discuss how the collaboration came to be and why it was so important for him to be a part of it.
Personally, I have to say- I love both of these guys – authentic, inspiring, and encompassing what the true spirit of music is about. the fans, the community, and the passion for making great music. The single is out there for you to love – Papa Roach Website – and check out their FB page Papa Roach On Facebook and the videos of the song below featuring Chris.
It’s so inspiring to see artists getting together for a great cause. I just love it.
