Whether you know him as “The Real One-Five,” or “Uncle Kevin,” Kevin Millar took a rather odd route to a 12-year major league career.
Undrafted out of both high school and college, he took a chance on himself and played for an independent league team. Once the Florida Marlins offered to sign him as a free agent, he never looked back, ultimately being a key part of a World Series championship with the Red Sox in 2004.
Now an analyst for the MLB Network and the co-host of Intentional Talk, Kevin and Jim Monaghan talked about the 2022 season, the odds of Aaron Judge not being a Yankee past this year, and the upcoming 2022 American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament featuring the likes of Charles Barkley, Steph Curry, Justin Timberlake, Patrick Mahomes and more.
