Join WDHA In Denville At National Night Out On August 6th – Free Microchip Clinic
WDHA LOVES Denville! We were asked to be at Denville New Jersey’s “National Night Out” celebration on August 6th and of course, we said YES! It’s Terrie Carr and as many of you know, I’m a Jersey girl through and through, and being a part of our community is a big part of who I am and what I do on WDHA.
Denville Rocks!
Located 35 miles west of Manhattan, Denville is a cool town, with its lakes, unique shopping, great restaurants, proximity to New York, and easy transportation access. It’s a cool community that is always engaged in activities, and inclusion.
NATIONAL NIGHT OUT– is described as – “A community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods a safer, more caring place to live. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.”
This year’s event takes place on Tuesday – August 6th – right on Broadway in Denville- in the heart of the community, in the awesome “downtown” of the town. A few of my favorite spots in the town of Denville include-
And of course Denville Animal Shelter – (Home of Rosie Carr)
The Denville Animal Shelter will also hold a FREE microchipping clinic at the event, so please bring your pets to ensure their safety and security by getting them microchipped.
AND Denville is a very pet-friendly town, with many businesses opening their space to our furry friends so stop by to eat, shop, and head to National Night Out.
