Stupid Robber Is Thirsty And Dumb
I’ve never been a fan of law-breaking individuals. Especially dangerous ones! But I do love hearing about crime stories where the person in question was an idiot. And boy does that seem to happen often!
Dig this story if you will…..
There was a guy in England who was holding a knife. He walks into a convenient store to rob it. I know, I know…..we’ve heard this one before.
Well, he was demanding beer and the store owner was happy to oblige!
Apparently the 30-year-old guy flashed his knife and grabbed a case of beer. So, this very smart owner of the store ran out and pulled down the metal security shutters, trapping the robber inside.
At one point, very intelligent thief tried to squeeze through a tight opening between the ground and the bottom of the shutters and got stuck. He kind of realized that his plan was foiled and gave up…..so he reached for one of the beers, cracked it open and enjoyed until the police arrived and let him out of the store.
If you’re wondering when the next time is that this gentleman will be enjoying a nice cold adult beverage, I’m happy to tell you it will be in about three years.
That’s how much jail time he got for armed robbery.
Moral of the story – Next time you want a beer and you’re out of stock, go to your buddies’ house and plead with him to let you have a can. Leave the thievery to the other idiots!
