It’s the number one pup lover Terrie Carr inviting you to check out a super canine cool show coming to State Theater – 15 Livingston Avenue New Brunswick, NJ.

First Up – I LOVE State Theater! 

Let me team you how much I love shows at State Theater. Rock shows, Family Adventures, Broadway, Comedy, Dance, there is something for everyone at this beautiful venue, with great sound and production. They are also a fantastic part of the local community giving back, conducting educational programs, family programs and serving the needs of their patrons.

I have so many wonderful memories of shows at State, Chris Cornell being one of my all-time favorites. This spring they have Adam Ant and English Beat, Blackberry Smoke, One Night Of Queen and Jon Anderson playing YES epics and classics on the rock side.

On Sunday April 7th – The State Theater brings the incredible dogs of The Canine Stars Stunt Dog Show! The show features a world-class team of trainers and their adopted rescue dogs. As seen on America’s Got Talent, Nickelodeon Unleashed, and American Ninja Warrior, these incredible pups have gone from Rescues to Rockstars! Almost all of the dogs are adopted from shelters, and rescue groups, or found as strays, and even though they are “rockstars” they are loved, and family members first.

Terrie Carr is WDHA’s Program Director and midday–host and is a Jersey Girl - born and raised and has been rocking the Garden State at WDHA for more than half of her life! “Being a part of the lives of our listeners and community every day is a fantastic gift and I’m honored to bring the party to their workday and lives” Says TC. Terrie loves interviewing artists in studio and on her “Reconnect With Rockers” online feature and has hosted nationally syndicated radio interview specials with Judas Priest, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry and more and has appeared on multiple TV shows and rock host of live events. Terrie’s passion is also giving back, and she started the WDHA Rock N’ Ruff program 14 years ago to raise awareness, and funds and find homes for shelter pets throughout the state of New Jersey. Terrie is also a supporter of The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention and the American Cancer Society and volunteers her time for many community outreach programs. Her hobbies are hanging at the beach, going to concerts, and hanging with her best friend, her rescue dog Rosie.
