Sleep Theory Is One Of My Favorite New Bands
It’s Terrie Carr and I am quickly becoming a Sleep Theory super fan. A band that is SO metal, yet SO soulful- It’s the perfect TC combination. I’m also a fan of charisma and Sleep Theory has a presence onstage that is electrifying, especially their frontman Cullen Moore.
It was fantastic meeting Cullen via Zoom for the Reconnect series!
About Sleep Theory
Sleep Theory is out of the Memphis Tennessee area and formed in 2019- With Cullen’s vision- The band itself was put together in 2020-2021. The band is – vocalist Cullen Moore, guitarist Daniel Pruitt, bassist Paolo Vergara, and drummer Ben Pruitt. The band began as a solo project of Cullen’s and his vision became a reality. Cullen also is a military veteran, and discusses his upbringing with me and how his dad was a HUGE influence on him.
And I love his soulful voice. Sleep Theory has such a unique sound and their latest single “Stuck In My Head” gets stuck for sure- It’s a major earworm that stays with you. Sleep theory is currently out on the road with Daughtry (Playing Starland Ballroom in Sayreville on Tuesday) and are warming up our winners at our “Acoustic Chris-Mas With Daughtry” show on Monday. Cullen also teases a VERY BUSY 2025, full of surprises and I can’t wait. I’m so inspired by new rockers
