Roseann had a previous injury (perhaps hit by a car) that has caused her to have arthritis in her hip, but you’d never know it as she is active and healthy. Roseann has had a tough beginning, but this friendly rockstar rescue has a great, loving attitude and is ready for her second chance at a new life!
