When Night Ranger Unplugged In The WDHA Studio For Their Biggest Fan- TC! (VIDEOS)
TC here and I LOVE LOVE LOVE NIGHT RANGER!! I’m their biggest fan- Ever-
Night Ranger FOREVER!
One of the 80’s most talented bands, Night Ranger combined great musicianship including dueling guitars, with rock/pop tunes, amazing live performances and a great look.
I was hooked since their 1982 debut “Dawn Patrol” that gave us “Don’t Tell Me You Love Me”. “Sing Me Away” and 8 more songs that started the band on a radio friendly journey that lasted decades. When Midnight Madness (their second) came out and “Sister Christian” was released it was both a blessing and a curse for the band as the song was such a massive hit, their record label ONLY wanted “Sister Christian” type songs. And they were rockers! UGH.
I remember seeing them at Caldwell College, Six Flags Great Adventure and countless concerts where they opened for others or headlined their own show.
Brad Gillis is a force of nature. One of my favorite players of all time, Brad’s tone and whhhhhaaaaammmmy bar are a signature sound for the band.
I’m so excited that they are on our WDHA Rock The Park show on July 16th as part of the Bret Michaels Parti Gras-
They are going to be a highlight of the show with their dynamic live performance for sure so come and party with us!
Night Ranger stopped by WDHA almost thirteen years ago with their guitars and played a few classics for us.
It was a fantastic afternoon and we actually captured it on video!
