Some of Neil Peart’s most amazing 1990’s moments
It’s TC and as many of you know I am a self proclaimed Rush geek. I wear the badge proudly. Geek because I am a crazy super fan about the band and “geek out” whenever I feel the Rush vibe. That’s just me. My love for the band began in Junior High School. For the Rush geeks out there I know you understand.
Devastated is an understatement to describe the utterly shocking news that we lost drummer and poet Neil Peart on Tuesday and got the news on Friday. It just doesn’t seem real.
Our plan at DHA was a “DHA Rocks The 90’s Weekend” to play some cool, fun “oh wow” tunes to bring you back all weekend and we were into the weekend when the news broke. WDHA has never been just the “Tom Sawyer” station. We have been with the band through every decade of their illustrious career-proudly.
The 90’s were no exception. Here are some of WDHA listener’s favorite 90’s RUSH tracks (based on requests and feedback over the years) We will miss the Professor…..
