WDHA’s Reconnect With Rockers With Wolf Van Halen (ZOOM Video)
It is always a pleasure to catch up with the mega talented Wolfgang Van Halen who is one of the most dazzling artists in current based music. I love hanging with Wolf not only because his talent is so limitless that there is always so much to discuss, but also because he is a great guy. Open, humble and grateful for his talents and success. He is one of my favorites.
He is also a WDHA fan favorite and in this “Reconnect With Rockers” webisode, we spend quite a bit of time discussing his connection not only with fans, but specifically our New Jersey fanbase- Or as I sometimes call the “The Wolf Pack” who really connect with Wolf, Mammoth and the music. It’s easy for me to go off script a bit too with Wolfgang because even though I have a few topics to touch on, we usually just end up having a conversation and questions go out the window!
We cover the topics of evolution as a person and artist on Mammoth ll, Wolf’s dynamic vocal ability and how he is preparing for an intensive headlining tour as a singer, I also read him read some listener email to give him a perspective on what the WDHA listening family thinks of him, and we have a few laughs in between.
We of course also discuss the WDHA “Thanks-Guitarving” show coming to the Starland Ballroom on Friday 11/17 and PLEASE grab your tickets SOON if you haven’t because they are going super fast. Nita Strauss is opening so GUITAR-VING it will be indeed!
