Matthew Leatham has been a part of the Sunshine State Festivities here on the Morning Jolt as recently as last November.
Instantly recognizable because of the tattoo of Florida on his forehead, Leatham might be the Poster Boy for our “Florida Man Strikes Again” feature and he’s found himself back behind bars again because…well…it’s Florida, man.
