WDHA”s Reconnect With Rockers with Scott Stapp (ZOOM Video)

WDHA has had a long relationship with Scott Stapp and 2024 has proven to be a busy year for the Creed frontman and solo rocker!

Scott checked into WDHA’s Reconnect With Rockers this week to discuss EVERYTHING! His new release “Higher Power” comes out on March 15th and in this webisode, Scott talks about the amazing band behind him. collaborating with the songwriting and production team of Scott Stevens and Marti Frederiksen and teaming up with the incredible Dorothy on a duet and his passion for this entire project.

Scott of course also discusses reuniting with CREED! For the “Creed Cruise”, a multi-city 2024 tour (The Summer of 99 Tour) and the magic that comes with getting back together with Mark Tremonti, Scott Phillips, and Brian Marshall. The tour features various openers (Finger Eleven, Daughtry, 3 Doors Down, and more depending on the date) and is coming to New Jersey on Wednesday, August 7th at the PNC Bank Arts Center Creed Tickets and tickets are going fast so grab yours while they are still available. I remember having Scott live in the WDHA studio a few years ago and our awesome, candid chat and we recall a few of those moments too, and the friendship he forged with the station. Some of you may have been with us at our 2019 WDHA listener exclusive with Scott and his band at The Raven Room where he wowed the crowd of winners with a solo performance and Q&A that was amazing! Terrie Carr is WDHA’s Program Director and midday–host and is a Jersey Girl - born and raised and has been rocking the Garden State at WDHA for more than half of her life! “Being a part of the lives of our listeners and community every day is a fantastic gift and I’m honored to bring the party to their workday and lives” Says TC. Terrie loves interviewing artists in studio and on her “Reconnect With Rockers” online feature and has hosted nationally syndicated radio interview specials with Judas Priest, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry and more and has appeared on multiple TV shows and rock host of live events. Terrie’s passion is also giving back, and she started the WDHA Rock N’ Ruff program 14 years ago to raise awareness, and funds and find homes for shelter pets throughout the state of New Jersey. Terrie is also a supporter of The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention and the American Cancer Society and volunteers her time for many community outreach programs. Her hobbies are hanging at the beach, going to concerts, and hanging with her best friend, her rescue dog Rosie.
