Florida Man’s Mom Is Not Going To Be Happy About What He Told the Police
When Florida Man was pulled over by Flagler County deputies a few days ago, his mom probably was NOT happy with one of the bad excuses he gave them.
FLORIDA MAN STRIKES AGAIN!
DATELINE – Bunnell FL and the saga of Florida Man Christopher Heath.
According to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, deputies spotted a white Mazda in the parking lot of a convenience store a few days ago. The passenger window tint is a little darker than Florida law permits.
Deputies hit their emergency lights and sirens and tried to pull the driver over as the car was pulling out. Well, he didn’t pull over right away. Took about a minute. When he finally did comply with the police and got out of the car, well, the aroma of marijuana followed him, shall we say.
Now, Heath has a rather long rap sheet in Flagler County, including previous arrests for battery, grand theft, and resisting an officer with violence. So when they smelled the marijuana, it gave them probable cause to search the vehicle, at which point, deputies uncovered a small orange container, and I’m quoting from the police report here, “commonly used by medical professionals to distribute pills” that was in the center console.
Well, he said the bottle contained Bag Balm. That’s a moisturizer. And he said, “My Mom gave it to me.”
Poor Mom.
Well, a field test revealed that the golden brown oily substance was not Bag Balm. It may have been from his mom, but either way, it tested positive for fentanyl and THC.
Police also discovered a torch and scale in the car commonly associated with the use of narcotics.
So, as all of this is happening, health comes to his thoughts like, “I know what I’ll do…Officer, I can’t be arrested right now. I need a doctor. I’m having a heart attack.”
Well, Heath was checked on the scene by a medical unit. He wasn’t having a heart attack. They took him to the hospital anyway. He was medically cleared and then taken to an inmate detention facility and booked on a $1,000 bond.
Heath was already on federal probation at the time of this arrest, charged with possession of fentanyl and hashish, possession of paraphernalia, and failure to obey law enforcement.
That’ll be nothing compared to what Dear Old Mom is going to do when she finds out that Sonny Boy threw her under the bus.
