Another GREAT hang with the incredible Chris Daughtry! Yay! It’s Terrie Carr and I absolutely love having Chris on WDHA whether it’s in our studio, (check out our photo link of Chris’s most recent WDHA studio visit) Chris Daughtry live in the WDHA Studio Photo Gallery , on tour, or via Zoom hang, it’s a pleasure to catch up with this incredibly talented guy and find out what is on the Daughtry agenda.

In this Reconnect webisode, Chris catches up with us via Zoom from his home and discusses his massive success at the rock format, teaming up with Lzzy Hale and Jacoby Shaddix recently, his new tune “Artificial”, why The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention AFSP.ORG is an important organization for him, info on the new album and more.

Oh, and we talk about the “Text I thought was fake”! Lol……

Daughtry’s latest single “Artificial” is headed for number one on the rock radio charts and the video is incredible (Chris is in insane shape- holy cannoli!) and the subject matter really hits home (he discusses it in the interview) for all of us.

Daughtry is also hitting the road for a series of concert dates with Breaking Benjamin and Creed – Daughtry dates on the official Daughtry site. And  WDHA will have something special for listeners around the Atlantic City show so stay tuned for details!

Terrie Carr is WDHA’s Program Director and midday–host and is a Jersey Girl - born and raised and has been rocking the Garden State at WDHA for more than half of her life! “Being a part of the lives of our listeners and community every day is a fantastic gift and I’m honored to bring the party to their workday and lives” Says TC. Terrie loves interviewing artists in studio and on her “Reconnect With Rockers” online feature and has hosted nationally syndicated radio interview specials with Judas Priest, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry and more and has appeared on multiple TV shows and rock host of live events. Terrie’s passion is also giving back, and she started the WDHA Rock N’ Ruff program 14 years ago to raise awareness, and funds and find homes for shelter pets throughout the state of New Jersey. Terrie is also a supporter of The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention and the American Cancer Society and volunteers her time for many community outreach programs. Her hobbies are hanging at the beach, going to concerts, and hanging with her best friend, her rescue dog Rosie.
