There’s Simply No Way We’re As Tough As This Florida Man
We all like to think we have an element of toughness about us, but odds are that we’re not nearly as tough as today’s Florida Man who walked a mile – with a bullet in his head – in an attempt to get to a friend’s house after being shot.
FLORIDA MAN STRIKES AGAIN!
DATELINE – Holly Hill, Florida.
You may be tough. You may think you’re really tough, but I don’t think you’re as tough as Florida Man was here.
He walked a mile to a friend’s house to make a 911 call. The odd thing about that is he had a bullet in his head at the time he did this.
We don’t know his name yet, but we do know the name of the guy who allegedly shot him. And that’s Christopher Hastings, who ended up being arrested pretty quickly after this happened and charged with attempted murder.
And the story is wild.
The guy with the bullet in his head walks to a friend’s house, knocks on the door, I need you to help me call 911. So he calls 911, and the 911 operator asks for the guy’s condition.
Well, he’s been shot in the head.
Needless to say, they took him to the hospital for surgery. He’s in stable condition.
Meanwhile, the Volusia County sheriff’s office and Daytona Beach police arrested the suspect, identified as Christopher Hastings. They found him within minutes. And I believe he had a weapon in his possession. Whether it was the actual weapon he used in this crime or not, we’re not completely sure yet.
The Charges
But he’s being held at the Volusia county branch jail on no bond for charges of attempted second degree murder, aggravated battery, tampering with evidence and other unspecified crimes. So you may be tough, but I don’t think you’re as tough as this Florida man.
