Florida Man Has An Unusual Excuse When Cops Find Meth In His Underwear

Florida Man must either be running out of excuses or very creative, because the excuse he gave the cops when they found meth in his underwear was more than just a little unusual.

Either the Meth Fairy paid him a visit, or he has some very strange sleeping partners.

Florida Man might have been better off using the “Flip Wilson defense.”

FLORIDA MAN STRIKES AGAIN!

DATELINE – Indian River County Jail and the saga of 46 year old Florida man Caleb Phillips, who was arrested on Monday after he failed to appear in court for a DUI case that goes back to last year, 2022.

Well, as Phillips was being processed at the police station, and in changing into his prison clothes, a plastic cylinder was found hidden in his underwear.

Phillips denied owning it, said he was unsure of how the package got into his underwear. He insisted that he did not place it there.

“How did that happen?”

Well, he said that maybe somebody put it there while he was asleep.

A visit from an imaginary entity perhaps

What, the meth fairy came to visit?

Because that’s what was in the container – methamphetamine.

As you can imagine, the police did not buy that explanation. So now, in addition to that DUI mess, Phillips was charged with narcotics possession and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

I mean, what was the guy thinking? “Oh, they’ll never think to look for it here.” And then somebody placing it there while he was asleep.

I mean, that’s a stretch, even for Florida man.
