Why Drug Dealers Should Probably Never Call the Police
If you’re a drug dealer – a profession we do NOT suggest you take up – there are certain precautions you probably want to take. Like don’t call the police if you think you may have been robbed.
It can only lead to disaster.
Jim Monaghan with you on a Monday morning. How you feeling this morning?
I woke with a vicious hangover headache this morning. And the thing is, I didn’t have a drop of alcohol over the weekend.
You have that happen to you? You don’t have anything to drink. And it’s not just a headache. It’s a hangover headache. Like you’ve really tied one on.
Which is why on Mondays we like to ask you “How F’d Up Were You?”
Well, no matter how bad you might be feeling this morning, you are probably better than the 46-year old alleged, of course ,drug dealer in Pennsylvania. His name is Allen Phelan, who was arrested a few days ago.
The guy who tipped the cops off about Phelan was Phelan himself. The police say Alan called them to his apartment. He said someone broke into his place by smashing a window.
But when the cops got there, they could not find any evidence at all that someone actually got in. They asked Phelan, “Is anything missing?” So he let the police come inside to look around.
This was a huge mistake.
The problem was Allen’s drugs and paraphernalia were sitting around in plain sight. Police found fentanyl, meth, marijuana and prescription meds that Phelan didn’t have any prescriptions for.
Now there were also baggies and glass files. So Phelan now facing a slew of charges for possession with intent to deliver.
So, again, no matter how bad you’re feeling this morning, fear not. There’s always someone in worse shape.
And that’s this morning’s How F’d Up Were You here on the WDHA Morning Jolt.
