Wait – Florida Man Tried To Break INTO Jail?
I have never spent time in jail, nor do I have any desire whatsoever to do so at any point in the future.
Florida Man, on the other hand is no stranger to serving time for violation of various penal codes so while he’s incarcerated, I would imagine he spends a lot of time trying to escape from jail.
Not this particular Florida Man who tried to break INTO jail.
FLORIDA MAN STRIKES AGAIN!
DATELINE – Lake County and the Saga of Florida Man Michael Few.
Before I tell you where he was, let me tell you what the charges are.
The charges
Few was arrested and charged with burglarizing an occupied structure, felony criminal mischief, battery on a law enforcement officer, and introduction of hand into a secured facility.
That secured facility, by the way, the Lake County Detention Center.
It seems he was trying to break into jail as opposed to some other guys who were in there who might want to be thinking about breaking out of jail.
There is surveillance footage that shows Few acting as if he was trying to hide from somebody.
Deputies who watched the footage said that he was seen acting “erratic” and “suspicious” while allegedly moving a metal detector and then climbing onto a conveyor belt and X-ray machine to get past a secured door.
He must really have wanted to get in that prison.
He then is accused of knocking over a table and in the process damaging computer monitors before going into another lobby that’s not open to the public.
What’s that in your pocket?
Did I mention that a meth pipe was found in one of his pockets?
Well, he was trying to get in there. I think he’s going to be there for a while.
Few is being held on $27,000 bond.
