Florida Man Luis Lopez found more than he was bargaining for when he was cleaning up after his Airbnb guest left - a rather big surprise in the form of another Florida Man hiding under one of the beds.
FLORIDA MAN STRIKES AGAIN
DATELINE - Osceola County. And the Saga of Florida Man Luis Lopez, an Airbnb host who, when he went in to clean up the room after someone had rented it, found somebody underneath the bed.
Look who Florida Man found under his bed
There it is. He put it up on TikTok. And of course, if it's not on TikTok, it didn't happen.
This video that he's posted has gotten millions of views. As he was cleaning the unit, he discovered this guy under the bed with his phone plugged into a charger.
"Hey, you got to get out from under the bed, bro."
Well, he did call the police, and the cops came, and there was a conversation. Well, it was one way because Lopez was doing all the talking. The other guy, the guy under the bed just nodded or shook his head.
So they handcuffed him, they took him outside, and that's when the guy revealed that it was the guests who had rented the unit who had allowed him in and then let him stay in even after they left.
Why Florida Man didn't press charges
Lopez, when asked if he was pressing charges that he would not do it because Florida man never broke in, Lopez said. "He was let in by the renter who rented from us. He let him in, and then he left. So the guy stayed there, and he tried to hide. I would just be harming someone for fun. I did take it up with the renter, and we're getting that under control."
Well, I certainly hope so.
That said, Lopez did ask for a trespass order to prevent the Florida man from coming back and probably hiding under the bed again, noting that if he did, that is when he would pursue more drastic legal action.
"Hey, you got to get out from under the bed, bro."

Choosing only five meant leaving some real gems behind.

Florida Man Goes For A Job Interview and Then Steals Worst Possible Car
Florida Man was in need a job. So he went on a job interview.
For some reason, he decided to steal a car in the parking lot of the interview, a Cadillac SUV.
Turns out it was the worst possible car he could have chosen, thanks to GM’s OnStar Guardian feature which apparently can take command of the vehicle at the worst possible time for Florida Man.
